performance. This is because refillers fill inkjet cartridges whether they work
or not. Your local inkjet refiller is not a factory. They mostly do not have
the skills, the quality standards, the proper management or the technical
skills to complete their tasks. Customers bring their failed cartridges back to

CLEANING Critical Factor #2: Do they use a variety of cleaning systems
(Steaming, centrifuge, flushing with reverse osmosis system, etc.) to ensure
every last bit of ink is removed from the cartridge prior to refilling? Why
this is important: Cartridges that are not properly cleaned often have a
shorter shelf life and result in higher failure rates. Customers have realized
that a cheap leaky refill is a cheap leaky refill and offers no true value. Now
some refillers are getting better, although most refillers buy a machine and
